there are a number of women, maybe seven or eight on my space who claim to have b-2 visas.
They say they only have ten days to use them or they have to wait another year to apply again.
They claim to work for a airline and send a copy of laws that pertain to the issue of B-2 visas to
airline and military personel.
The only requirment is they want you to send them $300 by western union which you will be
reembursed upon their arrival here. they say they have one year to marry the person they
came to or return to the philippines. They cannot marry another person. They are all beautiful
and post very sexy pictures.

Scam, see below in red. See http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1262.html for B-2 visa information. A B-2 visa has no 1 year to marry the person they came to see stuff. It is B&S.

The above appears to be excerpted from the Visiting Forces Agreement (see: http://www.dfa.gov.ph/vfa/frame/frmvfa.htm )

This appears to be made up wholesale. It is not even good english. There is no reason the U.S. government would require western union in specific.

What the heck is a US department seal? Department of state? U.S. Laws are not referenced by the above format (25534K5690).

Again, poor english and U.S. Federal Law is not referenced in that way.

Those aiports would not be referenced that way in a U.S. Federal Law.

And the english gets even worse. I especially love the "to fly to the USA to them" and the "this also goes for the USA Military".

Total and complete scam. 1st rule of detecting a scam: If they ask for money; it is 99% probable that it is a scam.

It's visa fraud if someone goes to the US on a B2 with intentions of marriage to a specific person.
Denied K1, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption and US Citizenship. Dual citizenship.

Jeff,

This is all nonsense. Any relationship that starts out with a lie as blatant as this is no relatinship at all, but a ploy to extract money from you.
