Post the picture here first so we can make sure it is the right size.

I placed the pictures inside a flexable CD sleeve style clear envelope and listed them as an attachment.

Is that your list of requirements or your cover letter?

Where did you copy that from if I might ask?

I usually staple a small clear plastic envelope with passport-style pics on the cover letter, along with the fee check.

Thank you Wynn! I did separate cover letter for our pictures, snail mails and package receipts (fedex), chat logs and emails. By the way, do we need to send original snail mail letters to USCIS as well as package receipts from Fedex? unsure.gif

Lay them on the copier so they fit in the space of a regular page. for the cards, open then and then copy the front and back of the open card.

The stamps may not copy clearly if they are colored, but all of the other info on the envelope should be clear smile.gif Just keep the pages from each envelope together in the packet along with a little note in a corner noting which set the page belongs to. For example a card that included a 1 page letter and mailed March 5, 2008, would have 4 copier pages. Envelope, card front, card back & letter. You might comment each as "card sent Mar 5 2008"

The adventure continues
