hello, I cannot reply in your dialect but I understand what are you asking in the forum. you know it is very hard to estimate an excess baggage or the allowable baggage since Airlines Luggage policy differs from one another. But I can remember on my last travel Oct 2012 going to Philippines Delta allows me to bring 2 luggages 70 lbs or (31.75 kg) for each luggage then one hand carry free of charge. but I don't think it would be a smart idea to have an excess 2 baggage for international flight. if you have a connecting flight from Manila to bring that luggages with you to your home province it would be more expensive because from 70 lbs each luggage allowed in an international flight that will drop to 20 lbs only per passenger in a domestic flight and you will end up paying more to fly them to your province or hometown. But you have an option to send them via Cargo when you get to Manila it's cheaper than paying your excess luggage upfront in the domestic airport. I had used PAL and Cebu Pacific cargo to transport my luggages from Manila to my hometown it's cheaper that way but its kinda hassle because you have to find the cargo office of PAL or Cebu pacific when you get to Manila and you have to bring your cargo or luggages to their cargo office though its just roughly 2 miles from NAIA.

I would suggest you call the airlines that you're flying with since luggage policy vary from one airline to another.
