Feb 19, 2009 - NOA 1 (a notice confirming that USCIS received our application/petition)

Mar 20, 2009 - NOA 2 (Petition Approved)

Apr 01, 2009 - Manila Case number (they both sent us the letter)

May 14-15, 2009 - Medical.. Passed! :)

Jun 01, 2009 - Interview.. Approved! :)

Jun 10, 2009 - Got a text message from AIR21

Jun 11, 2009 - Got my Visa!!! :)

Jun 30, 2009 - Arrived here in USA.. :)

Sep 09, 2009 - Wedding Day

Sep 10, 2009 - Got Marriage Certificate

Oct 08, 2011 -submit the application

Oct 11, 2011 -receipt date. NOA1 (1yr extension for my 2yrs GC)

Oct 14, 2011 -cashed the check notice date also for NOA2 (Biometrics appt.)

Feb 24, 2012 -ordered production of my card

Feb 28, 2012 -mailed the card to my address

Mar 01, 2012 -got my 10yrs GC! (no interview)

No idea which is better, but I did notice reading the Banyan literature that it is not available everywhere... The second to the last page of their PDF says what areas it is available, mostly Visayan areas, but not where my honey is :(

Sorry I never tried that one, my wife and I use our Magic Jack for calls to the Philippines at 10 to 12.5 cents per minute. I guess for someone new to another country, or with lots of family to call, then that would be a pretty good deal but we rarely spend anywhere near that much a month and we also have our roaming phone to receive text on and free chikka.com text to reply on, so we have it covered our way for much less per month.
But thank you for posting it.
