Hello Everyone,

 

I need help what to put in writing for legality in SPA.  I was married before then got divorced then remarried.  On the section that says I, (my current full name), has used names...etc...etc...Do I need to state my previously married name then maiden name and current married name?  I'm not sure :mellow:   I'm revising my SPA since I changed my name to current married name...any advise would be greatly appreciated.  Salamat kaayo :)

List all names you have used in the past or are currently using.

So you would list at a minimum

Full maiden name

Full name used during first marriage

Full name used during current marriage

Add any variations that were used on legal papers at any point (credit applications, insurance forms etc.)
